My daughter has been seen here a few times. Our most recent experience wasn’t great. Tech was great, however the dentist and the wait time were pretty awful. We arrived 10 mins before the appt, only to wait 35 mins to go back (and with a toddler that can be a bit tough). Once we got back there the tech was great, nice, and kept my daughter calm. Once the dentist came she wasn’t nice at all. She said my daughter “shouldn’t be using a pacifier at almost 3 years old”. This is after I told her it’s only used to fall asleep (oh and she’s exactly 2.5, not 3). She also said we need to make dietary changes despite me saying we’ve cut out certain fruits and juices due to some staining. Overall-she was very unfriendly and seemed to offer “advice” of things we mentioned we are doing or working on. My daughter sensed and was really upset and so she didn’t finish cleaning her teeth. Said it was too risky. Overall I like this place and Dr Jian (who we saw the last couple times) but the female dentist we saw this time I would not recommend for any young kid or toddler.

My family had a great experience. The waiting room was clean, inviting, and family oriented. This appointment was my youngests 1st appt and my older 2s first appt at a new dentist. The staff did great accommodating each kids specific needs and encouraged their specific personality to shine. My kids (10,7,1.5) aren’t super excited to return but they aren’t nervous and they didn’t pout when I scheduled their next visit so that’s totally a win in my book!

This was a wonderful office. This was my toddlers first time at the dentist. The team from front office to back office was warm and friendly. They have some coloring sheets and crayons in the waiting room to keep them busy while you wait. When we went back, they grabbed a weight and brought us to a room. They even put Bluey on for him while we spoke about medical history ect. They were thorough and quick for my squirming toddler. We spoke about home care and routines and were right back out the door with our sticker and prize. I was nervous with it being his first time but the team really was great and he did so well with them. You can tell when your kiddo really connects with a provider and he was all smiles by the end! 10/10 recommend!

I can't thank Valley Pediatric Dentistry enough! Our 4-year-old son needs quite a bit of dental work, but our dentist wasn't able to get him scheduled till this fall. I called the Camp Hill office looking for a second opinion to see if we could get him scheduled somewhere sooner. They were able to get me a next day appointment! When we arrived, everyone was so kind, and my son loved the air hockey table. We then met with CiCi who was very knowledgeable, kind and understanding of our situation. She put a movie on the tv for my son to watch while we were there. Our previous dentists were unable to get x-rays, but this office has the technology to get x-rays on our littles! Dr. Irada is also fantastic! We live 2 hours away and by the time we got back, I had already received a text message that they were getting the paperwork around for our next steps. Thank you for a great experience!

The patience the staff showed my nervous little one is so appreciated! We were offered the best toothbrush and treat bag filled with supplies and loved the opportunity to color before the appointment. We did miss the Tooth Fairy which seemed like a fun touch to a visit, but we are looking forward to maybe meeting her another time. Truly for an early visit, the experience the hygienist offered was wonderful and the dentist is awesome as well. Thanks CVPD!
